BRANSON, Mo., August 15, 2013 — Bull Shoals Lake covers over 45,000 acres and 1050 miles of shoreline. Most people staying in the Branson area would typically be fishing the Missouri waters at its southern end in the K Dock area. This report is submitted under the auspices of the Central Pro- Am Association (CPAA) by guide(s) who are actively involved in guiding on almost a daily basis. The level of Bull Shoals Lake as of 1600 on August 15 is 667.33. The normal, “Seasonal Conservation Pool,” level for Bull Shoals Lake for this time of year is 661.0.

Lots of water out there! Catching bass on spinner baits @ bushes on the banks using jigs tipped with grubs. Walleye being caught on jigging spoons from Powersite Dam to Buck Creek.Also catching walleye trolling crank baits. Crappie being caught around brush piles and timber using minnows and small crappie jigs. Still catching catfish on jug lines and trot lines. See you on the water.
